Kroll Energy was founded in 1963 in the Swabian region of Germany. Throughout its history, quality in work, diligence and imagination have been the bedrock of their business. The company’s head office is based in Kirchberg/Murr, a community about 30 km northeast of Stuttgart.
Kroll Energy, with approximately 125 employees, develops and manufactures innovative products for heating, dehumidifying, condensing boiler technology and warm air heating technology.
Kroll UK, in turn, was formed in 1992 and is now renowned as one of the market leaders of warm air heating systems and boilers throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. Kroll UK closed on the 1st of April 2016, and Flexiheat UK Ltd became the sole distributor for Kroll Energy products for the UK and Ireland.
Product range development
Since our incorporation as Flexiheat UK, we have developed our product offering to include additional items such as a full range of destratification fans, gas and oil boilers, air curtains, commercial water heating products and buffer tanks and vessels to offer a full heating solution for commercial and industrial heating applications, all of which can been seen on this webpage – Flexiheat UK product range
Delivery Times & Rates
We can deliver anywhere in the UK and Northern Ireland (unless otherwise stated) as well as the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland. For these areas, please call us direct for delivery times and rates.
All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and delivery location.
Delivery times quoted can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location. Most UK stock items are shipped on a 1–3-day courier service. Please contact us directly for individual product delivery lead times and rates on specific items.
In all cases, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date as soon as stock is ready for dispatch, unless a delivery date can be confirmed at the time of the order.
Installation & Service
Most of our products are easy to install, and any competent heating engineer can install, repair, or service them. Flexiheat is a supply-only company and does not get involved in installation or commissioning.

For general plumbing and heating installers or mechanical consultants, we recommend anyone who is a member of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering (CIPHE), the professional body for the United Kingdom’s plumbing and heating industry. A link to their website is here
For anyone requiring gas works to install or service, the engineer should be Gas Safe – please use this website to locate an engineer local to you that is qualified.
If the product is an oil-fired appliance, then an OFTEC technician should install and service the unit. The oftec website is here
And lastly, if you have an electrical installation, then we’d recommend the product be installed and serviced by a registered member of the Electrical Contractors’ Association (ECA). Their website is here
